The “People-Centred Leadership” program delivers clear, practical, relevant information about relating with people to minimize conflict and misunderstanding, and maximize results through harnessing your core strengths.

Program Format and Structure

The “People-Centred Leadership” coaching program is structured as follows:

Pre Assessments • Strengths assessment and 360° Leadership Effectiveness assessment, conducted over a two-week period.

Program Outcome Measures • Individual consultation to define your desired outcomes, with measures designed for you to be able to see progress and keep on track.

Individual Coaching Sessions
  • Ten coaching sessions (more if requested), over 4-6 months.
  • Debrief of Strengths assessment to understand your core strengths.
  • Improve your interpersonal relationships
  • Correct workplace conflicts
  • Resolve communication challenges
  • Address job dissatisfaction

Post Program Assessment
  • Second 360° Leadership Effectiveness assessment post-program.
  • Results compared to pre-program assessment to define progress.
Outcomes Measured • Final results reported on progress towards your desired outcomes.
