My Background:
Prior to embarking on a career in coaching in 2005, I worked in the Information Technology field for 15 years. My IT career encompassed work in high-tech, telecommunications, financial services, crown corporations and management consulting.
My purpose is to make the workplace more humane, through helping leaders understand themselves and others, interact well interpersonally, and make authentic career choices.
