When I embarked on my coaching career in 2005, it was important for me to engage in formal coach training. I completed my coach training through Coach U. As a professional coach, I honour my ethical obligations to coaching clients including complete confidentiality.

I utilize a strengths-based coaching approach, which is centred in listening for your strengths, your unique talents and abilities. Through listening holistically and asking probing questions, I help expand your awareness and move you forward to realize and achieve your goals, authentically.
I offer a tool for gaining greater self-awareness and principles for how to understand other people. Differences in perspectives often lead to issues and conflict, and this resource provides a method of understanding self vs. other perspectives. Beyond awareness, I provide practical application of this knowledge with clear-cut approaches for how to deal effectively with others.
My coaching programs are results-focused and outcome based. Initial consultations lead to defining measurable outcomes to give you confidence that you will receive valuable return on your investment. All programs conclude with measuring outcomes, and a report assessing your final results.

Over the past 4 years, I have coached over 140 leaders across diverse industries internationally, across Canada , USA, UK, Greece, Dubai, Southeast Asia and New Zealand.
I have provided over 25 customized workshops and programs, and facilitated groups for over 270 individuals in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
My leadership coaching experience includes assisting leaders to resolve interpersonal challenges, dealing with organizational change, recruiting individuals to fit organizations, motivating employees, developing coaching skills as managers, engagement at work, performance management, giving constructive feedback, and building team capability.
As a career coach, I offer assistance with various career challenges, including: strengths identification, assessing job fit, career search strategies, career change, dealing with burnout, job interview preparation, reference check preparation, and negotiation strategies.

With over 13 years of progressive leadership experience in the Information Technology field, I worked across a breadth of sectors (high-tech, telecommunications, financial services, crown corporations and management consulting). I developed the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals at all organizational levels.

My purpose is to make workplaces more humane, through helping leaders understand themselves and others, interact well interpersonally, and make authentic career choices.
